Knowledge Base Search Tips
Select Product - Click on the tab of the product you wish to search the knowledge base for.
Search For - Type the words that you would expect to find in the pages that
contain your answer. Use words that describe your issue or the error message. Exclude
words such as how, why, the, in, and on. You may also use % to view all available articles for the selected product. Cllick Search to start your search.
